As Group Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Jilbert Hovagimyan has overall responsibility for creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic direction of the company, including maintaining investor relations and overseeing investment activity. After several years of trading treasuries for Prudential, Mr. Hovagimyan began working as an advisor to the Russian government as liaison with the International Monetary Fund (IMF). This effort concluded successfully when, in 1993, the Russia government was granted a loan from the IMF for $6.3 billion USD. Mr. Hovagimyan also served as an advisor for the Kuwaiti Royal Family during their post war reorganization of funds deposited in Europe. In 1998, he served as an advisor to the government of South Korea (KOACA) on infrastructure financing through the capital markets for the Incheon Airport. Mr. Hovagimyan served as the lead on a 200 Million Eurobond offering for the Merloni Family with Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena. By 1999, Mr. Hovagimyan was managing over $1.1 billion USD as a global investment banker and advisor for European and Taiwanese clients. Recently, Mr. Hovagimyan arranged for E-United of Taiwan/Hong Kong to purchase, through credit facilities at Wachovia, $800 million USD worth of the China Steel offering put together by Smith Barney. And, as an advisor to the Minister of Finance of Taiwan, Mr. Hovagimyan arranged (in 2 transactions) the sale of The Bank of Overseas Chinese (BOOC) to Citigroup.

Michael has over 20 years of experience across multiple disciplines, including finance, law, investments, operations, project management, strategic planning and business development. Applying this breadth of background, Michael has held key, senior-level management positions at several high-growth companies. He started his career by putting his law and finance degrees to work for the Ayco Company, L.P., a Goldman Sachs company. As account manager and financial strategist for Ayco, Michael, holding Series 7, 63, 65 and California insurance broker-agent licenses, advised and executed tailored financial packages for high net worth individuals and businesses. In 1999, Michael focused on managing businesses. He became chief financial officer and in-house counsel for Atopix Pharmaceuticals Corporation, an early-stage pharmaceuticals company based in California. He then joined PowerQ Technologies, Inc., an electronics company providing unique and cost effective wireless solutions for consumer and military applications, as their chief financial officer and corporate secretary. Michael also consulted for and helped organize several private equity investment companies during his career. For over the past 15 years, Michael managed the financial, legal and business operations of MMFX Technologies Corporation and its subsidiaries as president, chief financial officer and in-house counsel. Michael holds a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School – Union University and a Bachelors of Science degree in finance with an accounting concentration from Siena College. He is licensed to practice law in New York and Massachusetts, and registered in-house counsel in California.

As Vice President, Anton Vasilescu leads the company’s efforts in leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and provide innovative solutions for complex financial challenges. With over two decades of experience in data science, technology, and computer graphics, he has successfully developed and deployed data-driven applications across industries, particularly in finance, real estate, and technology, making him a versatile leader in developing technical solutions that align with business goals. Anton has a deep focus on financial data analysis, leveraging Machine Learning and AI for forecasting, risk assessment, and sentiment analysis. His innovative approach helps organizations harness the power of data to drive decisions and optimize performance. Beyond data analysis, Anton’s technical expertise encompasses process automation, cloud computing, data engineering, and large-scale system infrastructure design for handling complex datasets  and create scalable systems that reduce costs, improve accuracy, and minimize operational risks. With degrees in Architecture from UAIM and Computer Graphics from UCLA, Anton bridges the gap between creativity and technology, and combines his multidisciplinary academic background with a relentless passion for innovation. As a founding member of the ACM SigAI Orange County Chapter, he actively contributes to discussions and education in emerging fields like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision, ensuring the continued growth of the AI community.

Michael A. Biller has been in various areas of the hotel and hospitality business his entire business career. Dr. Daniel Dennies is an acknowledged expert in the area of failure analysis and prevention which he has used to evaluate various failures, manufacturing operations and project risk. He combines his extensive work experience with a strong academic background in engineering, technology, project management and business. He is a licensed metallurgical Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of California and has over 35 years of experience in various raw material, forging, aerospace, and aircraft related industries as a technical specialist, technical manager, and program manager. The majority of his career has been in the aerospace industry working on large projects such as the Space Shuttle Main Engine, the National Launch System, the National Aerospace Plane, expendable launch systems like Delta and Titan, and the International Space Station. He has also worked on other projects including commercial aircraft such as the Boeing 787, military aircraft such as the C17 Transport and B1-B Bomber, and high risk proprietary programs such as the X-37B Experimental Reusable Unmanned Space Plane. Dr. Dennies has accumulated experience with a wide variety of materials, processes, and test mechanisms through his association with the design, testing, failure analysis, and manufacturing aspects of these programs. David Geller is a career banker with 30 years of industry experience having served in diverse leadership roles, with global financial institutions such as BNY and JP Morgan Chase. After completing his MBA in Finance from Clark University (Worcester, MA) in 1990, David was the controller for the Long Island Retail Banking Division for the Bank of New York with a network of over 70 branches and a $100 million loan portfolio. In 1997, David joined JP Morgan Chase as the controller for their North America Insurance business in the Global Investor Services Division, where he spent the next seven years. He also spent several years as a project manager, managing a team of business analysts on a major bank wide business migration project. For the past 10 years, primarily with JPM Chase, David has been a middle market credit risk officer, underwriting C&I and CRE deals throughout the Northeast and West Coast of the U.S. with typical deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $100 million. Industry expertise includes manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors, and commercial real estate. David managed a portfolio of $280 million in commitments which included ABL structures, lines of credit, equipment financing, trade finance, owner occupied and investor real Estate. In addition to having completed the JPM Chase Intensive Credit Education program in Chicago, David also has a Diploma in Credit Analysis from New York University.
